NCAA Regional rankings are in

Oct
2008

Here are the NCAA regional rankings that were released this afternoon by the regional committees. The records are through October 19th and 15% of the eligible teams in each region are ranked. The next ranking will be released on October 29th.

In region records are the records that drive the rankings, and of course are based on strength of schedule. If the season were to end today, the rankings would be a 99% accurate predictor of Pool B and Pool C teams.

We’ll get the women’s rankings posted shortly.
