Game night just got better

Well, it’s been a while but we finally have our Live Games box back. For those who remember its debut near the end of last season, it’s a box on our front page that includes every game for a day that has at least one of the following:
- A live stats link
- Live audio
- Live video
- In-progress score updates
Schools can post the links to stats, audio or video by using their score reporting login and clicking on the Links button associated with any particular game. This gives the game that added bit of visibility on the front page and will help drive more traffic to your stats and broadcasts.
Even if you don’t have the technology or personnel to produce that kind of content, you can also get your in-progress score on the front page by posting score updates through the Presto login linked above.

I should mention that the team codes should be relatively easy to figure out — we are using the same ones as last year and if you are confused, try just saying them out loud.
Also, you can click on the team names to load up their schedule page for clarification.

I’m watching the Amherst/Tufts women’s game. It’s a very handsome gym at Tufts, and we get to see a lot of it, since this videocast is using a three-camera setup! Wow!

…unfortunately, despite the abundance of cameras, the camera work (or direction) was routinely awful, aften missing the action…including missing the buzzer-beating winning shot for Amherst. Final, Amherst 64, Tufts 62; Amherst stays perfect at 15-0, while Tufts drops to 12-1.
