Wacky Final Four projections

No, not a serious Final Four pick — we have plenty of those already on our message board. This is the craziest group of four teams you can bring to Salem or Springfield, one from each bracket. Tie them together and tell us why they’re related.
For example, the All-Skyline Final Four. We easily take Manhattanville from the Skyline Conference in the lower-left bracket, Stevens in the upper right, then St. John’s in the upper left (nobody from the league, but there’s another St. John’s that is in the city with the skyline in question) and St. John Fisher (the Empire 
in the lower right.
OK, maybe that’s too much of a stretch.
How about the All-We-Get-Mistaken-For-Somebody-Else Final Four? Take Washington U. (in Missouri, not Maryland or Washington), Lincoln (Pa., not Missouri), Westminster (Pa., not Missouri) and Trinity (Conn., not Texas). Or York (N.Y.).
Then there’s the All-Mispronounced Final Four on the road to Springfield. That would be Medaille, perhaps DePauw, Gustavus Adolphus and Kean. And the All-Our-Name-Says-It-All Final Four: Maine Maritime, Southern Maine, Puget Sound and Piedmont.
We open the floor and open the door for your ideas.

There could be the all state final four like I actually picked. Ramapo, Brockport State, UWSP and Va Wes. Ok the last one isn’t a state school but it has the state name in it.

Well, Rivier is named after a woman (Marie Rivier), and Aurora (the dawn) is personified as a woman. I can’t find a woman for the bottom right.

Almost an all-UAA Final Four. No UAA team in the bottom bracket, two (Chicago and Wash. U) in the top and Brandeis and Rochester on the other side.

Mens: St. John’s, Messiah, Kings and St. John Fisher.
Womens: Mount St. Mary, Emmanuel, Gustavus Adolphus and Westminster (Pa.)… The Catholics vs the Protestants.

You could do a UAA reunion final four with former member Johns Hopkins joining WashU/Chicago, Rochester, and Brandeis.

In the women’s tournament, meteorologists would rejoice at a final four of the
Lehman Lightning
Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels
Gustavus Adolphus Gusties and
Simpson Storm
with the Keuka Storm or Wheaton (Ill.) Thunder possible sleepers in the lower-right quadrant.
On the other hand, your more artistic types would be rooting for the
Howard Payne Yellow Jackets
NYU Violets
Denison Big Red and
Scranton Royals.

For the men, the ornithologist’s dream Final Four (early results notwithstanding) looks like the
Loras Duhawks
Messiah Falcons
Ramapo Roadrunners and
Brockport State Golden Eagles
with the Trinity Bantams having a shot in the upper right (alas, the upper right denies York, Catholic, St. John Fisher and Plattsburgh State the dream of dressing up Salem all in Cardinal).
And men of action will be cheering for the
Wisconsin-Stevens Point Pointers
Guilford Quakers
Rivier Raiders and
Lake Erie Crusaders (or Elms Blazers).
